Our Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September, 2, 2025
At Ironblock Adventures we value the trust of our members and guests. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information in the context of our tabletop role-playing game (TTRPG) activities, both online and in person.

Optional Profile Info: Preferred pronouns, character sheets, and other game-related contributions you choose to share.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (e.g., financial info, government IDs).
How We Use Your Information:
Your information is used only to support guild activities:
Organizing and scheduling games.
Maintaining player rosters and campaigns.
Sharing creative materials (character sheets, maps, session notes).
Communicating about guild news and events.
We will never sell your information or use it for marketing outside of guild activities.
Sharing of Information:

We store player information only as long as it is relevant to ongoing campaigns or guild membership.
Game materials may be archived for creative purposes (campaign logs, maps, etc.), but you can request removal of your contributions.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information safe (e.g., limiting admin access, using secure platforms). However, since this is a casual guild, we cannot guarantee perfect security. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data in guild spaces.
Third-Party Platforms:
Our guild may use third-party platforms like Discord, Roll20, Foundry VTT, D&D Beyond, or Google Drive. Each has its own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them when participating in guild activities.
